Summer      Rate range ^$89.  -  ^$139. + 8 % tax

Winter          Rate range ^$79.  -  ^$119. + 8 % tax

Check in 5 to 7 PM or by special arrangement.

Reservations:  Advanced reservation requires a two night stay.  A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required at booking for each room reserved.  Room rate is based on a two person occupancy.  There is an extra $20.00 charge for each additional person.

Cancellation Policy:  Your deposit will be refunded if your reservation is canceled 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, less a $25 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be refunded only if the room can be rebooked for the reserved period. No shows will forfeit entire deposit.
